  • Rest of Europe: 7-10 business days

3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

Q: Who covers the return shipping cost?
A: Sino-Alpine covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
