  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Customized products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

  • Items must be shipped back to the return address provided in the authorization email.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Sino-Alpine covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
