1. Shipping Providers & Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship all orders using Austrian Post.

  • Our shipping services cover all European countries.

  • We do not offer international shipping outside Europe at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Customized products may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of customization.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Austria: 3-5 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 7-10 business days

  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs processing.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Currently, shipping is free for all orders.

  • We reserve the right to introduce shipping charges in the future. Customers will be notified in advance if changes occur.

5. Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.

  • You can track your order through the Austrian Post tracking system.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties.

  • For shipments to non-EU European countries, customers may be responsible for applicable import duties or taxes.

  • Sino-Alpine is not responsible for any customs delays.

7. Undeliverable & Lost Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

8. Damaged Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund based on our Return Policy.
